To be aware
- The included boat transportation is available only at scheduled times. Any other departure time or use of an external boat service is at the guest’s own expense, with rates starting from $150 MXN per person, per trip. These services are not operated or managed by AMACA BEACH.
- If you choose to travel by ATV, please note that you must pay the driver directly. Cash in Mexican Pesos is required.
- Your Day Pass includes a $400 MXN credit, valid only for food and beverages. It cannot be used for tips, spa services, or other expenses.
- Any amount exceeding this credit can be paid by bank transfer, credit card, or cash (Mexican Pesos only).
- We strongly recommend bringing cash in Mexican Pesos if you plan to use any services outside the hotel, such as ATVs or private boats.
- If you choose to use external transportation services, you are responsible for arranging and paying the provider directly.
- To access the complimentary transportation, your Day Pass must be paid in advance.
- Please allow enough time to reach the pier for your return boat, so you don’t miss your departure.
